GONICUS ‘extensive range of services includes customer-specific software development and the adaptation of existing open-source software. We are looking for someone who likes to get involved in different fields - you!

What you need for this?

• Experience with JavaScript (mainly single-page applications), HTML5 and CSS3
• Experience with JavaSript with Node and its ecosystem
• Knowledge of communication via REST, RPC and WebSockets
• SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) knowledge
• good written and spoken English
• Customer focus
• Teamwork

An advantage, but not a must are also:

• Experience with Qooxdoo and React
• Experience in programming with Python and PHP
• Basic knowledge of directory services (LDAP)
• Experience with deployment / operation / administration of Linux servers

What you can expect?

As part of the GONICUS family, you will work together with your colleagues in the development department. Everything starts with the joint design of new solutions, developments in the front-end area (web interface, live monitors, etc.) to backend development (databases, scaling, management). For example, you may work on GUI development for various server administration tools, VoIP telephone systems and home automation systems.
